On Thursday, January 12, Shawnee’s Multicultural Club and their adviser, Debra Bunn, attended the annual March for Martin at Lenape High School with district sister schools to celebrate the life and accomplishments of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  His message of acceptance of diversity and judging people by the content of their character rather than by the color of their skin was remembered and embraced.
